Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi has released the latest recruitment notification 2025, applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow posts from Graduates/ Postgraduates. Eligible candidates can walk in for the interview, here are the details below.

Qualification: B. Tech in Civil engineering and M. Tech in Geotechnical engineering with first class marks from a recognized university/ institute.

Relevant experience in conducting lab and model-scale experiments with NET/GATE.

Designation: Junior Research Fellow

Pay scale: Rs. 37,000/-+ HRA 24%

Type of Employment: Contract basis

Mode of Selection: Walk-In Interview
