Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has released the latest recruitment notification 2025 for Junior Research Fellow posts, applications are invited from Graduates/Post Graduates. Eligible candidates are required to apply online, here are details below.

Qualification: B. E/B. Tech/M. E/M. Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics & communication/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute with first division and valid GATE score (2023 & 2024 acceptable).

Designation: Junior Research Fellow

Number of Posts: 25

Pay Scale: Rs. 37,000/- Month+ other allowances

Mode of Selection: Personal Interview
